- Right Click on the SPEAKER Icon: This is located at the left-bottom corner of your Windows 10 Taskbar.
- Select OPEN SOUND SETTINGS.
- Click MANAGE SOUND DEVICES: Before you proceed, select the input device to ensure it’s not a Bluetooth device. Check if your output and input devices are listed on the page.
- Now, select the START MENU.
- Click on TROUBLESHOOT from the START MENU; after clicking on troubleshoot, select ADDITIONAL TROUBLESHOOTERS > FIND AND FIX OTHER PROBLEMS > BLUETOOTH > RUN THE TROUBLESHOOTER.
- After running the Troubleshooter, select NEXT and close the page.
